Her background across multiple industries — including corporate sales, entrepreneurship, and business ownership — gives her an uncommon ability to see deals through the eyes of the client, not just the transaction.
Melesia entered commercial real estate with a clear mission: to help clients build wealth, grow their businesses, and make smart real estate decisions that compound over time. Trained under industry veteran and broker Matt Demir of X Era Realty Inc., she developed a rigorous, hands-on approach to deal-making — one that emphasizes deep market knowledge, creative structuring, and relentless advocacy for her clients' long-term interests. She went on to become a minority owner of that brokerage before launching Clearpath Commercial.
